There were a lot of changes to the bingo schedule and t was important to inform customers but not put them off playing.
I wrote the Mecca Chat pages to help new customers become more comfortable with the chat function. These pages include a Chat Lingo dictionary, Chat Games rules and introductions to the Chat Moderators.
Mecca Bingo is the gaming partner of The X Factor. Everyone's A Winner was the big promotion we ran in conjunction with the show.

Bowling For Soup played an acoustic show at Union Chapel in London that I reviewed for Glasswerk.

As part of a huge comic book retrospective season I wrote about my experience of Ghost World for Filmwerk.

ABOUT ME
I am creative and enthusiastic and love what I do.
Writing and organising are not only what I'm good at but also what I have more than 5 years experience in. I am outgoing with strong and effective organisational skills. When I'm not writing and editing I enjoy baking and blogging.
I have worked across a variety of industries and sectors giving me a well rounded experience and the ability to change my writing style to suit the audience and brand tone of voice.
Whilst working at Wembley Stadium I was part of the team that won a Digital Impact Award for the Brand Transformation we went through.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I am currently a Product Owner managing the workflow of a team of creatives and developers.
As well as liaising with stakeholders throughout the business and third party agencies, I also mentor the junior content editor for Mecca and proofread and edit all marketing materials.
